• 2 cups Mainland Tasty Cheese, grated

• 2 cups panko bread crumbs
• 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
• ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
