• WF BUTCHER SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
• 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• 2 Garlic Cloves, diced
• ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
• 5 Cups Beef Broth
• 1 (8 Oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
• 1/4 tsp. Ground Annatto
• 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
• 2 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 Medium Carrot, sliced
