Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 mL) cranberries, fresh or frozen
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) granulated sugar
• 1 tsp (5 mL) orange zest, finely grated
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) HEWITT'S - Goat Milk Sour Cream
• 4 oz (125 mL) soft goat cheese
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) HEWITT'S - 35% whipping cream
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) honey, divided
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) pistachios, chopped and shelled
