Turkey Tostadas Recipe - National Turkey Federation

Ingredients

• 2 c COOKED TURKEY, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1 Package (1-1/2 oz) taco seasoning mix
• Water As needed
• 4 6-inch corn tortillas
• 1/4 c canned refried beans
• 1/2 c Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
• 1/2 c chopped tomatoes
• 1/2 c shredded lettuce
• 2 tbsp chopped onion
• 1/2 c taco sauce
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 c guacamole
