- San Remo Penne 500g
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 1 jar of tomato passata
- ½ cup parmesan, grated
- Salt
