Ingredients

• 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped into halves
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
• 1 lb ground beef
• 15 oz ricotta cheese
• 21/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
• 15 oz jar of salsa verde
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 9 no boil lasagna noodles
