  • 120g bag LeaderBrand Baby Spinach
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions diced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 400g tin chopped tomato
  • 300ml veggie stock
  • 2 x 400g tins chickpeas
  • 400ml tin coconut milk
