- 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3 tbsp White Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, divided
- 1 cup Dry Muesli
- 1/3 cup Mashed Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, cold and diced
