• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, whisked
• ½ cup very soft unsalted butter
• ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
• ¼ cup apple cider reduction
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• Pinch of salt
• ⅓ cup apple butter
• ¼ cup heavy cream, room temperature (for between rolls)
• 6 tablespoons very soft unsalted butter
• 6 ounces cold cream cheese
• 1½ cups powdered sugar
