• 1/2 Medium head Red cabbage, finely shredded (5 cups)
• 1 and 1/2 cups shredded carrots
• 1 medium yellow onion, cut into thin wedges
• 4 cloves Garlic, Thinly sliced
• 3 cups Cider Vinegar
• 1 and 1/2 cups packed brown Sugar
• 1 Tablespoon celery seeds
• 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
