  • 1tsp instant coffee
  • Filling
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • ½tsp salt
  • 2½ cups full cream milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60g butter
  • 1 cup Muscovado sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup full cream
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 50g dark chocolate, grated
