- 1 container (15 oz.) low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 crepes, made from a packaged mix or your favorite recipe
- 1 container (10 oz.) of light alfredo sauce
- ⅓ cup dry white wine
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- Salt & pepper, to taste
