- 300g tikka marinade
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp flaked sea salt
- 1 handful mint, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- handful coriander
- olive oil, lime juice and salt to taste
