• 4 – 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ cups shelled, roasted pistachios
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground cardamom
• 2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temp
• ¼ cup honey
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup honey
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 2 egg yolks + 2 tbsp water, for egg wash
• 1/3 cup finely diced pistachios, for garnish
