Steak Or Chicken My Style recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• Potato chips
• Garlic polony
• 1 kg tenderised steak sliced thin strips or. Chicken fillets cut in strips
• 1Tblsp full chops and steak or BBQ spice
• 1Tblsp of Animas chicken tikka )
• 1Tblsp ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix
• 1 teaspoon tumeric (tumeric)
• 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
• 1Tblsp Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon worcester sauce
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoon any peri peri sauce
• 3 tablespoon tomato sauce or Siracha
• 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
• Add to cooked steak mix well.
• Add more sauces if necssary
