Creamy Chicken Lasagna | TastyDen

Ingredients

• For chicken
• 500g chicken mince
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• 2 tablespoon cooking oil
• 1 tin chopped tomatoes or tomatoes puree
• 1 chicken stock cubes (Knorr chicken cubes)
• For white sauce
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 pack cream cheese (100g)
• 1 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 cups milk (250 ml)
• 2 tablespoon flour (fried for few minutes in a tablespoon butter)
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• For lasagna
• 1 pack of lasagna noodles or 12 sheets (boiled)
• 250g or to taste mozzarella cheese
• Dried Oregano or parsley to sprinkle on top (optional)
