Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

• 5 T Butter
• 1 c Onion chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic minced
• 1 14.5 oz can Plum tomatoes diced
• 2 4 oz cans Mushrooms sliced and drained
• 1/2 t Tarragon
• 1/2 t Dried basil
• 1/2 t Sugar
• 1 1/4 t Salt divided
• 2 1/2 c Cooked chicken
• 2 c Half-and-half cream
• 3 T Flour
• 1/2 c Dry white wine
• 3 c Mozzarella or Swiss shredded
• 8 oz Lasagna noodles cooked
• 3/4 c Parmesan cheese grated
