The best kale and hemp seed pesto you have ever made!! – Pure Delight Hemp

Ingredients

• 200g of fresh kale ( or just a whole bunch is usually what I go with)
• 1/2 cup of Pure Delight Hemp Hulled Hemp Seeds
• 125g Walnuts (dry fried)
• 1/2 Cup of nutritional yeast
• 2-3 cloves of garlic
• 1 cup of water ( keep the water you use to boil the kale and use that)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3 tbs lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup of Basil or to taste
