• 1 cup (250 mL) 5% or 10% Canadian cream
• 2 cups (500 mL) shredded Canadian marble cheddar
• 3 green onions diced
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen corn
• 1/2 can black beans drained and rinsed
