Ingredients
- Boil the coconut milk together with the cream and fresh mango
- Pour onto the chocolate and mix until a homogeneous ganache is formed
- Pipe into a 3mm diameter small silicon mould
- Freeze
- Mix the frozen ganache with the milk & the batida de coco
