This tasty and classic recipe is warm and fluffy, smothered in Nuttelex spread and sticky sweet golden syrup.
Ingredients
- 80 g frozen Nuttelex spread + extra melted Nuttelex to brush the top before baking
- 3 cups sifted self-raising flour plus a little more to dust the base of tray & the top of damper
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- ¾ cup iced water
- golden syrup to serve
