Ingredients
- 5 eggs, separated, plus 7 yolks
- 375g icing sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 orange
- 450g plain flour
- 80g potato flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 500g butter, cold
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 1kg curd cheese, at room temperature
- 50g vanilla pudding (or cornflour plus 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- 3 drops orange extract
- 1 tin peaches
