• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 3/4 cup dried mixed fruits
• 1 tablespoon lemon zest
• garnish with candied red cherries and/or orange peel and any toasted nut you prefer
