• 2 Eggs
• 1 Cup fresh or frozen peas
• 1/2 Cup heavy cream
• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1 1/2 tablespoon minced onion
• 1 Small pinch Herbs De Provence
• 1/4 lb Bacon minced and crisped
