Ingredients

• 4 oz. small pasta, cooked al dente
• 1 can (15 oz.) cooked white beans, drained
• 2 turkey Italian sausages, browned and sliced into thin bite sized pieces
• 1 Tbs. olive oil
• 1 large carrot finely diced
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 bunch chard, stems removed and roughly chopped
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 8 cups chicken stock
• 2 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme
• Sea salt and pepper to taste
• Parmigiano Reggiano for garnish
