Rhubarb mascarpone tart

Ingredients

• 1 7.5-oz box Annie's Honey Bunny Grahams
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 pound mascarpone you could probably substitute cream cheese
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• 1 1/2 pounds rhubarb cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces
• 3/4 cup Sugar
