- 1 cup Plain Yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar

- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds (Roast in oven for 10min)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Icing Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Anise (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamon
