• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup (105 g) sugar
• 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) canola oil
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) milk
• 4 oz (115 g) milk chocolate, chopped
• 6 oz (170 g) dark chocolate, chopped
• 1/4 cup (55 g) sugar
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 cup (250 ml) milk
• 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) salted butter caramel, homemade or store-bought
• Caramel peanut popcorn, homemade or store-bought, for serving
