• ½ pound ground beef
• 1 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
• 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
• ¼ cup parsley, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled & minced
• 1 large egg
• all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup olive oil
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
