Ingredients

• 250g chicken fillet in thin strips (+/- 2 fillets)
• 250g baby button mushrooms cut in halves
• 250g broccoli in small florets (+/- 1 medium head of broccoli)
• 250g linguine, cooked al dente (reserve the pasta water for the sauce)
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 3 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 2 teaspoon cajun spice
• 2 teaspoon dry parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste
