• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1.1 pounds sausages (use your favorites)
• 6 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 onion (diced)
• 1 tsp Calabrian chili paste
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 3 cups spinach
• 1 pound cans (14 oz/400 g) butter beans (drained)
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
