These tasty bites have all the flavour of a focaccia, but we've given them a little waffle-y touch.
Ingredients
- 1 recipe pizza dough for 4 or 1 ball (600 g) store-bought pizza dough
- 16 kalamata olives, pitted and cut into rounds
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- ¼ cup (20 g) fresh Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Store-bought marinara sauce (optional)
