- 4 mackerel (fillets)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp capers (drained, rinsed and chopped)
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- extra virgin olive oil
- 200 g rainbow chard
