• 2 kg Barossa Fine Foods turkey breast roll
• 80g unsalted butter
• 4 tbspn extra virgin olive oil plus extra as needed
• 4 cloves garlic sliced
• 2 brown onions, peeled & chopped
• 100g Barossa Fine Foods pancetta roughly chopped
• 3 tbspn rosemary finely chopped
• 2 cups course fresh breadcrumbs
• 3 tbspn lemon thyme finely chopped
• 1 bunch parsley roughly chopped
• 1 lemon zested
• Sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste
