Pork, Sauerkraut and Bread Dumplings – Cool Family Cookbook
Katherine Lippert’s recipe. Usually served on New Year’s Day for good luck🍀 This can also be used with hot dogs instead of pork.
Ingredients
- 1 Loaf of slightly stale white bread
- 3 Eggs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 milk
- 1 flour
- 2 lbs Bag of Silver Floss Sauerkraut
- 1 Pork roast or package of pork chops about three to four ounces
