  • 2 can(s) diced or stewed tomatoes with juice
  • 1 can(s) green lima beans
  • 1 can(s) white shoepeg corn
  • 1 large potato, peeled and cubed
  • 8 ounce(s) tomato sauce or puree (optional)
  • - lots of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) (or more) crushed dried red pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) cider vinegar
