  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Banana Cream Pie:
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 Tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
