Ingredients

• 6-8 Hake fillets or filleted fish of your choice
• 1 big tablespoon Red chilli & garlic paste
• 1 big tablespoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 Satchet tomato paste
• tablespoon of Peri Peri oil or veg oil
• Egg yellow colouring (1 capful)
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
