Creamy Dairy-Free Celery Soup – Folona

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 medium onion, diced
• 1 leek, cleaned, with white and light green parts diced
• 8 stalks celery, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock
• 2 scoops of Folona Bone Broth Powder ( dilute in 10-16oz of water)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup full-fat coconut milk
• Celery leaves
• black pepper and paprika
