- 400g cooked Yutaka Sushi Rice (1 cup of uncooked sushi rice)
- 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
- 150g dressed crab meat
- ¾ avocado, peel and sliced
- 5 lettuce leaves, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 10g coriander, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 jalapeño pepper/ red chilli
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- ½ tsp sugar
- Green tabasco - drops (mild hot)
