- 2 tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Wasabi Paste
- 1 tsp Yutaka sesame seeds
- Pickled ginger, to serve
