Tin Can Nachos - Cache Valley Creamery

Ingredients

• 16 oz corn tortilla chips
• 2 cups shredded Cache Valley® Creamery Cheese (Four Cheese Mexican)
• 1 cup of shredded Cache Valley® Creamery Cheese (Mozzarella)
• 1 cup of Black Beans
• 2 cups of your favorite meat (Tri-tip steak, Pulled Pork, or Shredded Chicken Breast work wonderfully)
• 1/2 cup brown sugar bbq sauce
• 3/4 cup Meadowgold Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup Pico de Gallo
• 1/2 cup Guacamole (optional)
• 2 tbsp of green chiles, diced
• 2 tbsp sweet onion, diced
• Cilantro for garnish
• 1 Cup of sweet corn
