Ingredients

• 1 cup radishes, washed and diced
• 1 tomato tomato, diced
• 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
• 2 scallions, finely sliced and chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, grated
• 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 tablespoon lime juice (adjust to taste)
