Olive Salsa – Olea Estates

Ingredients

• 3 ounces Olea Green Cracked olives, pitted
• 3 ounces Olea Kalamon olives, pitted
• 3 tablespoons Olea Gold EVOO
• 3 tomatoes on the vine, cut in half
• 1 white onion, cut in large pieces
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2 chopped serrano peppers, cleaned and seeded
• 1 1/2 tablespoon red vinegar
• 5 drops of smoked tabasco
• cilantro to taste and a splash of lime
