• 2 medium sized yellow onions, sliced about 1/4" thick
• 2T dark brown sugar
• 2T Sutter Home chardonnay
• 2 pounds ground sirloin
• 1 1/2 T. Steak Seasoning
• 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 T. Worcestershire
• 2 T. unsweetened applesauce (not chunky style)
• 1/4 c. Sutter Home chardonnay
• 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
• 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, sliced (to 1/4"), and cored
