• 1 Tbsp. heavy cream, for tops

• 4 medium apples
• ¼ C. packed light brown sugar
• ¼ C. Maple Grove Farms® pure maple syrup
• 1 ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp. water
• 1 Tbsp. Clabber Girl® Corn Starch
• 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
• Whipped Cream:
• 2 C. heavy cream
• 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
