- 1 or 2 onions, sliced
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 celeriac, peeled & finely chopped
- 1 potato, chopped
- 1 rutabaga, peeled & chopped
- 1 parsnip, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- Several Kale leaves
- 2 tbsp. Miso, usually a darker miso (South River Miso)
