Chicken Spaghetti
From Mamma Kay’s Cookbook. This is a fantastic dish and a family favorite. NOTE: The picture was a batch where the recipe was doubled.
Ingredients
- 1 ea Whole Chicken (Hen)
- 1 pkg Spaghetti Noodles
- 1 c Onions, finely chopped
- 1 ea Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 c Celery, chopped
- 1 pint Chicken Broth (from boiled chicken)
- 1 T Tabasco Sauce
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1 lb Cheddar Cheese, grated
