  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup finely minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp white wine or more broth
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard or Dijon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
