Fresh Citrus Guacamole - Mexican Recipes - Old El Paso

Ingredients

• 1 pink grapefruit, peeled, segmented and chopped, reserve 1 tablespoon of the juice (see Tips)
• 1 orange, peeled, segmented and chopped, reserve 1 tablespoon of the juice
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 large green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
• 2 large ripe avocados, peeled, stones removed and flesh diced
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint
• 2 1/2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
